Apartment 4 is separate from the main house located at the back of the parcel under the parking places. It is designed to accommodate four people. It consists of a bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen and space in front of the apartment with a beautiful view of the Brac channel, the neighboring islands Brac and Hvar, peninsula Pelješeac and mountain Biokovo. The bedroom has a double bed. In the living room there is a table with chairs and a sofa bed. The apartment has a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, television with terrestrial channels and air conditioning. In front of the apartment is a small space for socializing. Guests can use free Wi-Fi access around a grilling place. Wi-Fi signal is too weak in the apartment.

The apartment has a reserved parking space above the house.
